I think it needs to be noted that there is no evidence that Clen has a net anabolic effect in HUMANS- all studies pertaining to anabolic effects imparted by Clen were done with animals.

Agreed with that, the anabolic effect noted in animals was exerted on the beta-3 receptors, of which humans have none or very few but certainly not enough to count as a positive benefit.

Alot of Questions:

Why can't you take Clen after 4pm? If your up to taking 6-8 tabs a day on a cycle when is the best time to take Clen? There is no way I could take 6 tabs every 2 hours before 4pm. Do you take the tabs an hour apart? Can you take 2 tabs at a time? Do you take Clen with or without food? Is taking Clen an hour before a workout or should it be further out than that?

I know I have alot of questions but I'm starting a Clen cycle in two weeks and I want to be sure I'm taking it correctly.
