Blood drop in syringe

Before injection, I aspirated and saw bubbles & no blood. Upon pulling out after injecting, I see a blood dropplet in the syringe. No blood entered while injecting. Do you think I'm ok?

No coughing or anything like the symptoms you experience when injecting into a vein, so I think I'm fine but what do you all think?

I did get dizzy as fuck immediaty after, but that happens to me sometimes after injection & only lasts a few seconds lol
