AMEN! I hear people all the time say, "I've done 3 cycles in 2 years and i've put on 40lbs of muscle. haha - bullshit. Great job though. Seriously. now keep hitting the gym and try to keep about 5lbs of actual muscle (which would be amazing for 10 weeks) and in 20 weeks do it again and try to keep another 5lbs. It's a long journey.
