The anticipation of starting your next cycle

Isn't it so hard having everything ready for your next cycle and not doing it. I have until mid February

uh yeah, um not so cool post, but anyway....
OP sometimes that the hardest time. You have everything but you know you should wait the proper time off before starting. Time off to truly recover etc is important though so do not give in man.

I know it's not to far away. Plus my backne is just starting to clear up.. Mentioning backne; is there anyway to avoid it while on or off cycle or something I can take? Tho I don't like adding anything that I don't have to.
