i just finished a 10 week cycle of DECA/ Dbol....the Dbol of course was only run for 5 weeks at 30mg/day and the Deca at 300mg/week...
I just hit the 2 week mark and started taking 40mg of Nolvadex everyday and will continue that for 3 weeks and then drop the Nolvadex to 20mg ED for the last week....is this enough or what can i do to improve my chances of keeping my gains????
