hi guys as u guys , im been outta gym for about 8 months now and off gear too cause waiting for gynecomastia surgery which i got done 6 weeks ago, next week im back in gym cannot wait and 2 weeks later will be doing cycle again, but i have lost loads off size and gained bodyfat gone sloppy etc.. i know how to do i been there before, but im wondering if i come back in gym and on will everything come back really quick, size? body recomp? cuts?esp with a cycle too..assuming good clean diet too.

can anyone chime in from experience with a similar situation..

I would think your body would rebound without a cycle naturally. I too was like this a few years ago but I didn't just back on any gear. My body responded well enough just being out of the gym for so long. I've gone from taking gear off and on in my early 20's and going from about 175lbs to 200lbs from gear (dbol, deca, sust, test, winny, etc), to being in my 30's with no gear (except beastdrol and dieselbolan)and up to 225lbs.

I would say come back to the gym, hit it hard and wait for your body to peak naturally after several months and then get back on the gear. It would also give your chest more time to heal.

Just my opinion. Welcome back bro.

smart man right here. it happens to be my opinion as well. give your body time to adjust properly on it's own. you'll make better gains the next time you get on in the future for being patient in the here and now.

Yes man YOu will bounce back pretty good. YOu know how it is first first 2-4 weeks sucks but then the gains just start rolling and you are in love with it again. It all comes back and you are on top again.. Just getting past that first month is the hard part.
