Hey everybody! I stumbled across this site while looking for info to help me on my quest. Im 27 years old, 6 foot 2 and about 290 lbs. I work out every other day doing both cardio and weight training. I drink tons of water and watch what i eat for the most part.... especially since I went to an allergist and found out I was allergic to beef, chicken, turkey, rice, dairy, and cottonseed oil ( sucks huh?). My question is... Does anyone have any advice for someone who is interested in taking their workouts to the next level. I've done tons of research including google-ing pics and names so that I don't get ripped off but everything leads to a dead end. ANY help/advice would be awesome -Hasan | |

wtf? Post up your diet and training, let start there. Lot of information here, stick around a do some research. | ||
