Adding SR-9009 to TripleStack

Guys,

I planning to start Triple stack mk2866/S4/GW and i have SR-9009 lying aroud. Should i add it to triplestack? I was thinkging 10mg twice a day following with 20mg GW before workout (5pm).

The thing about SR is that it has a really short half life. I would take my total dose and split it up into 5mg per dose. So if you were doing 30mg. I would do 5 mg every two hours to keep things stable.
I have never used it myself. But several I know have and it always seemed best when split into more doses throughout the day.

i have it in capsules 12.5mg each. So it is ok to take it 8am, noon, 4pm? since i workout at 5pm most of the time.

I can layout complete cycle i'm planning to start and all advices are welcome...

I've never take sarms in a capsule form. That's a highly debated topic as I'm sure you've heard before.
I would say 3 doses is ok.

i know but when i have it in capsule form.... is 37mg daily ok dose?

Yea. 30-40 should be the sweet spot
