should i split it up 2 or 3 times a day or all at once? i was going to split it up 3 times a day with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. | |

no it's not a Turanabol only cycle. i'm running 500mg test a week and proviron 50mg/day for the last 4 weeks. i've just never taken Turanabol or proviron before. my stats are 5'11'' 157, bf, idk for sure but i'm pretty certain it's under 10%. so i should take Turanabol on an empty stomach before breakfast and about an hour before i workout on an empty stomach? any juices to help absorption (grapfruit)? also do i just do the same thing on off days but spread it out a lil more? i'm stuck on the spreading thing because i wan't to keep my blood level regular, should this be a concern or am i blowing it out of proportion? thanks for the advice i've gotten so far guys. | |

I've used Turanabol. Morning and pre workout on a 50/50% split does. Works awesome. On off days, do it with breakfast and whatever is 8-9 hours after that. | |
