Ok so I've done a little more research an found HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - and that type of thing for the post cycle and looked up Anavar - oxandrolone - and Primobolan - methenolone - so I get it... Crawl before walk and walk before run lol thanks for the help guys my diet is going to be the next advice I'll need but I guess I'm in the wrong section for that thanks fellas!
