1st cycle test e, dbol

Hey I wanna start my first cycle.
Diet is as shown.
Breakfast, 3 eggs, cheese, milk, two slices of toast
Lunch, fish, 2 slices of bread, milk, fresh fruit
Dinner, fish again baked, large raw salad.

Here's what I want to do for cycle.

Week 1-10test e 500mg/week
250 Monday/Thursday

Week 1-4 dbol 30 mg a day

Week 1-4 n2guard

Week 1-10 liquid aromasin 12.5 mg eod Run through pct

Pct liquid clomid 50/50/25/25
Liquid Aromasin
Test stack 17
Hcgenerate

Not sure if I want to run the ostarine.
Also kind of confused on the dosage of liqui aromasin I've heard mixed things.
Thanks open to criticism.

Who came up with that diet? My nephew is 11 and he eats more than that.

Dude... that diet is atrocious, Unless you are eating a whole Salmon for your "fish" portion, you are not going to gain anything from this cycle. Steroids are very helpful but it can't turn thin air into muscle, it works via increase protein synthesis and nitrogen retention (This is of course overly simplistic but its good enough to illustrate my point.

Which is why you need to list your weight, height, BF%, goals and training methodology for us to give you good advice.

As a rule of thumb you should be ingesting 1-1.5grams of protein per lb of lean body weight. I usually go around 230-300 grams a day on cycle. With carbs, you probably want to stick with lower GI carbs like sweet potatoes, potatoes, brown or white rice (I actually thinks white is better than brown but thats up to debate) or some whole wheat pasta. As you are bulking you should be eating a lot of carbs as well protein and keeping fat modestly low, a good ration is : 45% protein, 45% carbs and 10% fat, although I do have a tendency of lowing carbs in favour of fat.
