To really see results you will need cardio regularly and lift heavy for 10 or more reps per set with multiple sets. The Ox will give great strength. I would run it 12 weeks tho, and if you go with ** Anavar - oxandrolone - plan on at least 6 to 10 of those little suckers a day. assuming 10 = 40 mg's.

Why must people insist that 40mg of Ox will shut down hpta - hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis - ? I noticed absolutely no noticeable suppression with this doseage. I took a caliper reading of my s before starting and at the end there was no difference. As lame as that sounds it's a good way to test for suppression. It was definatley Ox as well as I made LBM gains and a lot of strength during those 6 weeks and I was on a pretty hefty caloric deficit. I lost zero gains after the cycle as well so if I was suppressed and didn't use Clomid I should have lost it.

Do NOT take clomid if you don't need it. If after your cycle you notice that your nuts have shrunk then by all means take it. But don't under any circumstances take it because someone tells you that you have to.

I sure hope he's not up and running again since he has many people that still have not received for 3 months. I know he's a good bro but I've have not received an email saying that he has resent so I assumed that he would not open shop again until he has worked out all the kinks with all of us first

Clomid is cheap, I say use it at the end. I like Clen a lot, and I bet it would do pretty good with anavar, IF your diet and exercise program is in order. Remember to keep these as your first priorities. Good Luck!
