best recovery from labrum surgery

I am currently 10 months out from shoulder labrum surgery and was wondering if theres anything I can do to speed up the healing process? I am a college athlete where throwing is top priority. As far as strength wise it is maybe about 80%. the labrum is fully healed so do you think a mild test cycle would be of benifit? or possibly hgh? any thoughts much appriciated
