Hey bro I live here, You can go to Farmacia Calderon, It's a big pharmacie, serious people just ask for the stuff, If you are looking for vet go to Veterianaria Madero, just tell them it's for veterinarie use, got good stuff.

Hey Coyote, went there last year. Got sus and clomid. They were really friendly and got legit stuff. Would like to go again, but I live in Dallas and the drive is a little long. Would strongly recommend them.

I don't know about customs, for what I herd sometimes they have some kind of operative.
X-ray machine and dogs, be careful.

On the weekends lost of turism bringing, crafts and booze, so just blend.
