I am more than a little biased with HCG, because it tends to cause gyno. Without going into details: HCG is a glycoprotein that is secreted in the urine by pregnant women. It is legally used as a fertility drug for women to help induce ovulation. In the bodybuilding world it is used to kick start ones own natural testosterone levels. It is much quicker than Clomid; however, this is only a immediate responce. Clomid should be used after the HCG for overall testosterone regeneration. DH IP: Logged |

I agree with dead head hcg has been show to upregulate aromatase which means more estrogen conversion hcg should be used only during a cycle. never after. stick with comid throughout and for at least two weeks following androgen cessation. which means waiting until the longest half life injectable has passed through your system for example SUST can hang aroung for a month or more after the last injection. THe two longer esters are released very slowly into the bloodstream. IP: Logged |

I use HCG at the end of my cycles along with Clomid (sometimes no Clomid)in order to pump up my nuts to normal size. I stay in the 2500 IU range for the first week and then 1500-2500 IU range for the second week, and I never use HCG for more than two weeks. As long as you use Nolvadex, then you should be able to stay gyno-free -- but you have to take Nolvadex. I should say that if you are prone to gyno HCG is something you might want to stay away from, otherwise, I think that HCG can be used effectively with few side effects. You can get it in Mexico and it goes for about $12. It is called Gonadotropyl 5000 IU, with a 2 ml water solution in an ampule and a multi-dose vial that contains white powder.
