I didn't get many takers for the diet contest. Did anyone bother to track their meals at all ?????

BPP,
I listed my diet on the last post. To be honest I am a diet stickler that counts everything and weigh my food. I get into the habit of having the same thing every day to keep familiar with the totals I take in, plus I dont like a wide variety of foods.

Hey, I was going to do it, but I am not disciplined enough. Good idea though!

Ya know what i'd really like, some good recepies. I know it sounds stupid but i hate cooking and am always looking for something that is easy and quick to make but still good.

I kept a diet and training log for the whole month of december. I wrote down absolutely everything I was eating for that month. The only problem was that I didn't want to write down that I ate anything bad so i didn't eat it. I am on a bulking phase now and i was pretty upset to find that I wasn't eating even 3000cals per day. Now I have deep sixed the diet log until I enter another diet phase.

Mounds of brown rice and 2 cans of albacore tuna a day works for me. Rice works wonders in shedding fat and building muscle.

You were talking about not wanting to eat anything bad. I have a crazy metabolism. I can cut on the amount of calories that most of my friends bulk on. I am on a cutting phase right now and havent had a cheat day in seven weeks. I was feeling a little flat and decided to give myself a two day break. I made sure i got the protein then it was open season. I ate ice cream, pizza, and anything i could get my hands on. Monday morning scale result.....down one pound.
