Have you heard of Phosphagen HP, by EAS? It's a Creatine supplemet which has high-glycemic carbohydrates already in it -- you just mix the powder into water (the grape tastes pretty good). They claim that their "High Performance Creatine Tansport System" produces up to 160% greater gains in lean mass than regular Creatine. EAS supplements are among the most expensive, but are also among the best quality.

"Phosphagen HP" is pretty much Creatine monohydrate, dextrose, and sodium from sodium phosphate ("a critical nutrient for proper creatine transport"). While loading, it said to take 1 scoop, 4 times per day for the loading phase (for 5 days), then just 1 or 2 per day thereafter. I just finished the loading phase myself.

By the way, a great little book, which you can get at a GNC, is called "Creatine: Nature's Muscle Builder" by Ray Sahelian, M.D., and Dave Tuttle. In the book they review the latest literature, explains dosages, and talk about how Creatine works in the body.

I hope this helps. If you can't afford the EAS stuff, at least buy that little $10 book! I think it's great...
