Hye, I'm a Frenchy. My english is very approximative. But i can say that if Synthol is a little bottle of a yellow liquid. In France is to warm up some muscle or to make massage if you have some muscle breakdown. Sometime you can use it with water in you mouth to disinfect it. In France is not expensive almost 5$US for one bottle of 25 cc.
