Seriously, I would suggest not even carrying the bullshit! I have tried the stuff for about 5 or so months, and I know
others who have used the stuff and read a lot of the net about others who have used it and to be honest... I have not heard
of 1 good positive comment about HMB except from Muscle Media 2000. They are the only people that I've ever known to
get results from the shit.
It's bogus!
