Trust me, I know. However keep in mind when I address a question, I address it within the narrow parameters in which it is ask. For instance, If the scenario changes and the amount becomes larger, or the offender has priors, or the offender is an ass-hole to the officers, etc. etc. etc. things could change. Get my drift? In my case I let a lot of muts walk if they kept their mouths shut and were decent. But, If a guy ask for it , then he recieved.
