ANDROXON - doses

I been supplementing my diet with 240 mg of Androxon a day. I've been taking
it in three divided doses a day. Two tabs in the morning, noon and night. Is this
the best dosage schedule or should I take a 40 mg tablet every couple of hours
six times a day?

Also can anyone provide info about the side effects of stacking Androxon with
Sustanon?
