If they aren't tender don't worry about it.
The only time they staick around is if a hard lump develops. Minor swelling is no problem
A good guidline to follow is this: above 500mg/week take 10mg/day of nolvadex if you are lower than that, don't worry
be happy! (I know I am when I'm getting big!)
