This is definitely the way to go--short burst cycles in which one gorges himself. HIgh
calories are a must. Anywhere from 2-4 weeks is very sufficient. The only problem that I
have seen is that the pump begins starting after 2 weeks. This is because it takes the body
awhile to increase its production of blood cells--which increases the amount of blood in the
body. So, if you like the pump this may not work. I think a little longer than 2 weeks is
best--maybe 3-4. W8lifter knows much info--listen to him he is a guru for sure!
