i was wondering if anyone new where or what type of gel tabs to use with liquid i purchased some gel capsuls from
a local gnc but when i tested them with water they broke down i was wondering if anyone knew of some type of gel tablet ot capsul that i can fill and sore them so i don't have to fill each cap when i want to take it
