Your question is difficult to comprehend with the wording
you used but I think you are asking if dogs are being
used to "sniff" out a.s. when coming across borders.
The answer to that is that they probably could but
currently dogs are not being used for that purpose yet.
I believe that will change soon as they are excellent
at bomb sniffing and once terrorist activity starts
getting out of hand again, we'll probably see dogs
as the new recruits in the war against anything they
can be trained to sniff out and I would think that
would include a.s.
