Those pellets might not look so big, but the needle on the end of that gun is a killer. You'd be crazy to poke yourself with that. Will rectal administration work? You bet. It circulates just as if it were injected(timing may be different) so you have the same side effects. I don't think personally I'd like sticking pellets up my ass every day but if your o.k. with it, it will work.
