In my opinion, it depends on what your goals are.
To gain muscle, I would stack it with test or another androgen, if for
cutting up, use primo or parabolan (if you can get it).
As far as how much to take, I would suggest anywhere from 100-200mgs/wk, depending
on your experience level with cycling. V without anything else is not
much good, unless your trying to get ripped. Then I
would look at least 250mgs/week. I've upped to 400mgs personally.
