I would recommend for a first time user to take 2 weekly injections of 1 cc/injection. I am assuming that the deca you have is 200mg/ml. This will provide a good stack without having to take any other anabolics with it. Taking orals with a steroid like deca will produce very little results in the way of muscle size so taking 2 injections/week is the best way.
