Take the clen two days on two days off, at least 6 tabs a day, 1 every two hours, for a duration of 8 weeks. You should see results in about 3 weeks providing your carbs are low. Take about 50mcg of the Thyroid each day for at least 4 but not more than six weeks. If you need to know more, e-mail me.
