: It's basically creatine with carbohydrates added to it. The carbs are added to temporarlly boost your insulin levels so you absorb more creatine. It's convienent and taste great but it money has any importance to you don't waste it on this product. Get the regualar creatine and mix it with ultra fuel, grape juice or just about anything sweet.
I agree, I didn't notice any real difference then
using regular creatine.
