: : I've been on the Parrillo Performance diet for several years.
: : My result have been pretty good, but not great.
: : The diet is similiar to your standard low fat diets with
: : high protien and high calories.

: : In addition to that, it centers around CAP-TRI?, a MCT oil.

: : Check out www.Parrillo.com for more info.

: : I'm tired of this diet. It is very demanding and expensive.

: : I was thinking about trying the Body Opus diet/program.

: : Has anyone had any experience with the Body Opus program?

: : Any thoughts?

First of all, Veiny One. What is your primary goal, I'm not talking about next week, next month, but next year. What do you want to look like, be able to do, or win a particular contest(power/body). I know diets suck and they can get mighty boring!!! Drop me a note with what your goal is, what changes you noticed on your current diet, and what your exercise schedule looks like. To truely design a good program, alot of factors have to be taken into account. I'd enjoy helping you out, just let me know. Be careful and watch your back!!! Hulkster
