I am a personal trainer myself and i have put a few
: of my clients on this diet(mostly women though) and
: it seems to work well for fat lose. One of my clients
: lost 15LBS in just under a month. I think the ratios
: of protein, carbs and fats is excellent to follow. I
: do however have a question for you. I was considering
: using the bodyopus diet for contest prep, do you know
: anyone who has used this diet? It is simular to the
: anabolic diet but he has quite an elaborate carb up
: phase on weekends! Did you're clients have a sick feeling
: from the high fat intake on the anabolic diet?

: I hope i answered you're question and if you need
: more info, let me know.

I've been on the Bodyopus diet for around four months and it's been
extrememly effective. Only follow the carbup detailed in Bodyopus
when I'm really serious about that extra 1/2 pound. I find decreasing
the carbup to 36 hours and eating everything you want really helps
psychologically and makes the diet easier. For a competition I would
follow the recarb closely though.

The first two weeks on the diet were brutal, but it passes. Eat lots
of tuna/mayo, eggs (egg salad), hamburger, steak,
cheese, flax oil, etc and you won't even notice the fat intake. Actually
I'm moving over to a zone/isocaloric diet now also as I'm close to
the bodyfat % I want and am craving 'normal' food again.
