Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure if something is classified as a "prescription only" substance like tamoxifen citrate or clomiphene citrate you can legally posses without a 'script, but you cannot sell it within the U.S. And, I believe Nolvadex is on the FDA alert list, so I would be careful. I would check with the FDA and tell them you are interested in selling compounds in bulk for research purposes and that some of those compounds may contain pharmaceuticals, and as long as nothing is scheduled ie 'roids, coke, etc., you might get away with it. BTW, I'm assuming you're in the U.S., if you're not, then it would be perfectly legal.
