: Have any of you tried any of the "high fat" diets i.e. BodyOpus. It sounds a bit difficult to consume all of that fat without consuming any carbs. What kind of foods would you eat? If I was looking to carb load for a contest at the end of my carb depletion, how would the insulin tha Duchaine talked about be used? I know it's dangerous, so no need telling me about the dangers unless you fell you really, really, have to.

I've tried it, and short of chemical assistance, I found it to be the best way of maintaining muscle
mass while decreasing body fat. There are plenty of low-carb recipes to spice up the cuisin, check
out the Atkins cookbooks (atkins=lowcarb without the carb-ups). Also, fiberous veggies and salads
are ok, as are some nuts (Peanuts, Walnuts, sunflower seeds).

Of course, if you can get some primo and/or clen, then you can maintain muscle mass easier!
