: I was wondering what supps. should be avoided while on clen, not
: for safety concern ie;(caffiene, ephedrine, or uppers) but things that
: can lessen the effect.

: i know that clen decreases insulin sensitivity and vanadyl increases
: sensitivity so taking the 2 together would probably lessen clen's
: effect since VS and Clen are fighting to do opposite things??

: I guess chroimium would not be a good idea either??

: but how about HCA and L-Carnitne, since they just effect
: the metabolism of carbs and not insulin sensitivity??....would these
: be alright and by any chance be contraindicated by taking them with
: clen??

: any help would be great.

well to start off vs imitates insulin and from what ive read doesnt effect actual insulin levels or sensitivity. taking them together might give you headaches the clen might emphasize the hypoglycemic effect that occurs in some individuals. but in my humble opinion the vanadyl and clen shouldnt fight the effects of each other. Anyway if im a incorrect i apologize but i dont think it would matter anyway, your putting a featherweight in the ring with a heavyweight champ so to speak
stride fer size.
