How much tamoxifen???

Hi,

I'm currenly on a cycle (deca/omnadren/testoviron/oxy).

The last time i did a cycle my nipples started to hurt. Now i'm
taking 10mg Zitazonium (tamoxifen) per day. This is week #2 and i
already start to feel them again (just a little)

How much should i take?

Is Nolvadex better than Zitazonium ???
