Unless the store owner is a fool, he is aware of his legal responsibility. Posting a number and flooding a store with small orders for finaplix would be the quickest way to get him to not sell it. Remember, you must buy this from a store which deals with farms. The owner will undoubtedly find it odd if "farms" all over the country suddenly start calling in for 2 cartridges of finaplix each. So no doubt people will keep their suppliers to themselves and they should less they'll be useless. You would have to do the same thing as anyone else who has been able to order it. Go out and call every feed/vet supplier under the sun until you find one unaware enough to ship it to you. Then keep your fingers crossed they don't wise up. Good luck.
