Appetite suppressants??

does anyone know of any good appetite suppressants, prferably OTC?
and also one that does not wire you or keep you up at night?

I mainly need it before i go to bed to prevent me from waking up
in the middle of the night and pigging out.

I have heard that MAYBE?, L-PHENYLALANINE works, but does this keep you
awake all night??
