anyone ever try this combo? i am about to start this and would like
some user exp., feedback. i was thinking of taking it 3 times a day
with phosphagen hp. does anyone know the proper timing of intake,
ie; do you take the metformin with the phosphagen or should
you take the metformin like a half hour before consuming the
phosphagen?

any info or additional feedback would be appreciated.
