I'd have to say the reason people who took it orally got no androgenic effects, is because it is NOT orally active.
I'm speaking from a biochemistry standpoint here, the liver will break down all the trenbolone molecules before it ever gets into circulation unless the molecule is modified in some way.
Anyone taking trenbolone, and getting into the blood stream will very definately have androgenic effects.
