I just put in another order with Hops In Ma. Their cost is $50.00 for a bottle of 60 capsules 50mg each. However, the guy said he'd sale six bottles for $35.00 ea. That's about an $85.00 savings if you were to use that much, or if you wanted to split the cost with some friends.
He asked how much I was taking, and I told him two capsules 30 - 45 minutes before workout. I said, I had pretty good results already. He said, Try four per day and I'd really see a difference.
I'm not sure either anymore about doses. There's some conflicting amounts going around, ranging from 2 to 6 per day. I'm going to bump it up to three and see how it goes.
Also, they have a product called promusol for $40.00 / 1 month supply. Supposedly it's imported from russia and is a great strength builder. I ordered it. What the hell.. I'll try anything once. I'll post if I notice anything incredible.
