Its only been 3 weeks but ive seen some results from it. I havent been doing enough cardio. I think when i start doning more i will help alot better. But its well worth the try. A lot cheaper than all the diet garbage you can buy. But this really does work . I would alot of cardio to enchance the results. Good luck.
