Sorry I didnt answer sooner but I dont check this every day. As far as creatine goes the literature I have read does not support the supplement co. claims that sugar of any form increases the uptake of creatine. Creatine uptake is dependent upon how much you have stored to begin with, less storage more results, also since it is stored in muscle the more muscle the more gain one may have. I would recommend finding a simple generic pharm quality creatine, it is cheaper, does the same thing as phospagains without the added carbs.

You certainly need to titrate the dosage of metformin. Start with one 500mg tab every 12 hrs. Use the med before meals as it helps decrease the absorbtion of carbs, remember this is a cut drug so dont expect any spectaculr gains when taking it. Also space you carb intake out as your body will not be producing much glucose and will need it. Recently talkin to others I find they believe it helps rduce bodyfat by making you nauseated, I dont know what do you think.
