You forgot to say whether this physician was from
your country (I'm presuming the U.S.) or from abroad.
That will make all the difference. If it's from abroad,
it won't cut it. If it's a local, you're laughing.
Since you said you have a medical file in this regard,
I again presume you have a local.
If customs gets your package, they'll want to see your
script. and if it's legit and the way I described, you
should be set.
