I have been training for 6 years or so (since I was 14).

I currently train 4 times a week

I try to keep my workouts around 45 minutes

I am a powerlifter, when I started I could benchpress 90lbs and weighed in at about 200 (unfortunately my first few years of training I only focused on benchpressing) By the time I was 17 I had benched 405 (touch and go) and Deadlifted 405 for 5 reps at about 250lbs of bodyweight. I am now 20 and my best competitive BP is 425(paused) and my squat and deadlift are both a little over 500. (I have really only been training them seriously for 6 months or so. I currently weigh 260 even.

My future goals are to hit a 500 benchpress in competition ASAP and to keep my bodyweight about the same. I would also like to squat and Deadlift over 600 in competition soon.
