I did not get to read your message until today (fri.).Contrary to your advice I took my first dose last night. My friend who has been active w/ A.S. for a couple years got the pin and did the right thing by me. (1st = 250mg) Your response to my post suprised me a bit but I didnt tell you that I've played football for the last 7 years and I'm not a stranger to the gym. All I really wanted was a little advice on pins b/c the kid who had them was jerkin' me around.Thanks for the well ment advice anyway.
