- Vitamin B12 comes in 10ml bottles. You should take about 1cc twice a week. I don't agree with mixing it with your juice shots. Get some 23 gauge/ 1 inch needles, and inject in the Deltoid. Ask your Pharmacist, since it usually doesn't require a perscription. Just tell him that your doctor ussually administers the shot, yet you are going away for a few weeks and with his permision will administer them yourself........
