If your Using Netsacpe, Try clicking on Options, Network Preferences, then under the 'Cache' tab, click clear disk cash now, and clear memory cash now... (Just say yes to the prompts), then reload the page... (it should actually reload itself)... check to see if your msg is there... if not post it again...
