Europe is a beautiful place . . . very liberal. There is no DEA or FDA Bullshit to deal with.
Tell your "friend" that my "friend" has the following advice:
In Europe, money talks and bullshit walks. Pharmacies line the streets of every major European city. PARIS is by far the easiest place to get whatever you, I mean your "friend" wants. You might have to shop around for a little while, and make sure that you make it clear that the stuff is for "hypogonadism" or some other disorder -- Never say it's for working out.
Stay away from SPAIN . . . they're not so liberal. In fact, you'd have better luck walking into a US pharmacy than going into one of the Spanish ones. And forget about ENGLAND, too. No dice.
Rome, Italy is excellent. Especially for Clenbuterol.
Here's a hint. Go to the rough part of town, or a place that's away from all the fancy tourist stuff. Wait until the bulk of the customers have left the store, and then approach the pharmacist. Like I said, you might have to do this a few times to find a "cool" pharmacist, but you will. Once you find one that will help you out, buy all your stuff from there. They will order as much as you want, providing you have the cash and will be the hell out of their country within a week.
