This is sort-of unrelated to the original question, but as I didn't read DD's article, I was wondering if there was any great purpose in following his Glutamine 'instructions' if one is already 'taking' Insulin injections... Is the Glutamine ingesion for the purpose of glycogen replenishment, or does the Insulin 'rush' of post-exercise carbs enhance Glutamine absorption (or both, I suppose)? I realize this question is rather.. pedantic.
